教学得法,则事半功倍,党校教育中也是如此。新形势下开展好党校培训教育是加强党员干部修养的途径。目前学界对党校教育方法研究取得一定成果,但是也存在不足。尤其在习近平同志提出改革和创新党校教学方式的要求部署中,立足党校教学方法的现实困境、认清党校教学方法在党建中的必要性对走出一条新常态下党校教学新路径具有启示意义。

Under the new situation, it is the way to strengthen the cultivation of party members and cadres to carry out the training and education of party schools. At present, some achievements have been made in the research on the educational methods of Party schools, but there are still some shortcomings. In particular, in the deployment of Comrade Xi Jinping＇s request for reforming and innovating teaching methods in party schools, we should base ourselves on the realistic predicament of teaching methods in party schools. A clear understanding of the necessity of party school teaching methods in party building is instructive to walk out of a new normal way of party school teaching.
