围生期孕妇B族链球菌感染的检测及其防治的研究进展

Research Progress of Detection and Prevention and Treatment of Infection by Streptococcus Group B in Perinatal Pregnant Woman

近年来,B族链球菌是引起流产、胎膜早破、宫内感染、产褥感染的重要致病菌。孕妇分娩过程中新生儿感染B族链球菌后引起败血症、肺炎和脑膜炎等疾病。为寻找一种敏感、可靠、快速的检测方法已成为临床研究的重要课题,通过早期确诊病情,尽早实施药物治疗,从而降低母-婴间传播,以改善妊娠结局。综述B族链球菌的生物学特性、检测方法及其防治对策的文献,并对其研究进展做了分析。

In recent years,the Streptococcus group B has led to miscarriage,premature rupture of membranes,intrauterine infection and important pathogens of puerperal infection.The sepsis,pneumonia and meningitis were caused by the Streptococcus group B during childbirth of pregnant women.Finding a sensitive,reliable and rapid detection method has become an important topic in clinical research.Early diagnosis and early drug treatment can reduce motherto-child transmission and improve pregnancy outcomes.The literature of the biological characteristics,detection methods and control measures of Streptococcus group B was reviewed,and the research progress was analyzed.
