万古霉素与美洛西林钠联用对新生儿凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染的疗效及其对尿NAG、α1-MG水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价万古霉素与美洛西林钠联用对凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染新生儿的疗效及其对尿α1-微量球蛋白(α1-MG)及尿N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(尿NAG)水平的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年12月间收治的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染新生儿95例资料,依据就诊顺序的奇偶数将其分为观察组48例和对照组47例;对照组患儿给予注射用美洛西林钠治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用万古霉素治疗;比较两组患儿治疗后的总有效率差异,以及治疗后的尿NAG、α1-MG指标水平测得值的变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后尿α1-MG、NAG指标水平测得值略低于对照组,但经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(87.23%)(P<0.05)。结论:万古霉素与美洛西林钠联用于治疗新生儿凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染的临床疗效果较为确切,也不会增加用药风险,但用药后仍需要密切关注患儿用药反应。
