大剂量糖皮质激素与鼠神经生长因子对视神经损伤患者视力改善的临床疗效评价 被引量:1

Efficacy Evaluation on Vision Improvement of High-Doses Glucocorticoid Combined with MNGF in Patients with Optic Nerve Damage

摘要 目的:评价大剂量糖皮质激素与鼠神经生长因子(MNGF)对视神经损伤患者的临床疗效及其对视力改善的影响。方法:选取2015年7月—2018年3月间收治的视神经损伤患者57例(60眼)资料,采用随机双盲法将其分为对照组28例(30眼)和治疗组29例(30眼);对照组患者给予大剂量糖皮质激素及血管扩张药物、神经营养药物治疗;治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用MNGF治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率差异,以及治疗后对视力改善的恢复情况。结果:治疗1~2疗程后,治疗组患者的总有效率为93.34%高于对照组为50.00%(P<0.05),以及治疗后视力恢复情况优于对照组。结论:采用大剂量糖皮质激素与MNGF联用治疗视神经损伤患者的临床疗效较为确切,减轻了视神经损伤程度,有效促进了视力的恢复。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-dose glucocorticoids combined with mouse nerve growth factor(MNGF) in patients with optic nerve damage and the influence on visual acuity.Methods: 57 cases(60 eyes) of optic nerve damage in patients with injuries from July 2015 to March 2018 were admitted to the hospital,and they were double-blind,randomized into a control group of 28 patients(30 eyes) and a treatment group of 29 patients(30 eyes).In the control group,patients were given high-dose glucocorticoids,vasodilators,and neurotrophic drugs.In the treatment group,patients were treated with MNGF on the basis of the control group.The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was compared,and the recovery of visual acuity was improved after treatment.Results: After 1 to 2 treatment sessions,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.34 %,higher than that of the control group(50.00%)(P〈0.05),and the visual acuity recovery after treatment was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The high-dose glucocorticoid combined with MNGF in the treatment of optic nerve injury was more effective,reduced the degree of optic nerve damage,and effectively promoted the recovery of visual acuity.
