摘要
目的:探讨芪玄抑甲宁对Graves病动物模型的药效学作用。方法:胫前肌注重组腺病毒复制Graves病动物模型,给药后观察小鼠外观行为,酶标仪检测实验小鼠血清中血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)和促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)的含量变化,并取甲状腺组织用于病理学检查。结果:芪玄抑甲宁对小鼠的外观行为、甲状腺组织病理具有改善作用,并对血清中FT4、TRAb均有回调作用。结论:芪玄抑甲宁对Graves病动物模型具有良好的治疗效果。
Objective:To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Qixuan Yijianing on animal models of Graves disease(GD). Methods:The animal models of GD reconstructed by injecting recombinant adenovirus,and observed the appearance and behavior of mice after administration. Then the changes of the level of free thyroxine(FT4)and anti-thyrotropin receptor antibody(TRAb)in serum were detected by microplate reader,and the thyroid tissue was taken for pathological examination. Results:Qixuan Yijianingcan improve the appearance,behavior and thyroid gland pathology of mice,and have a callback effect on the level of FT4 and TRAb in serum. Conclusion:Qixuan Yijianing has a good therapeutic effect on the animal models of GD.
