芪玄抑甲宁对Graves病模型药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Research of Qixuan Yijianing on Treatment for Models of Graves Disease

目的：探讨芪玄抑甲宁对Graves病动物模型的药效学作用。方法：胫前肌注重组腺病毒复制Graves病动物模型,给药后观察小鼠外观行为,酶标仪检测实验小鼠血清中血清游离甲状腺素（FT4）和促甲状腺激素受体抗体（TRAb）的含量变化,并取甲状腺组织用于病理学检查。结果：芪玄抑甲宁对小鼠的外观行为、甲状腺组织病理具有改善作用,并对血清中FT4、TRAb均有回调作用。结论：芪玄抑甲宁对Graves病动物模型具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective：To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Qixuan Yijianing on animal models of Graves disease（GD）. Methods：The animal models of GD reconstructed by injecting recombinant adenovirus,and observed the appearance and behavior of mice after administration. Then the changes of the level of free thyroxine（FT4）and anti-thyrotropin receptor antibody（TRAb）in serum were detected by microplate reader,and the thyroid tissue was taken for pathological examination. Results：Qixuan Yijianingcan improve the appearance,behavior and thyroid gland pathology of mice,and have a callback effect on the level of FT4 and TRAb in serum. Conclusion：Qixuan Yijianing has a good therapeutic effect on the animal models of GD.
