摘要 心肌缺血是多种心脏疾病的初始阶段,严重威胁人类的身体健康和生活质量,对其治疗策略的研究一直是临床的一大难题。黄酮类化合物是一类广泛分布于植物中的多酚化合物,作为植物次生代谢产物,具有独特抗氧化能力,能够通过清除氧自由基,抑制炎症反应、细胞凋亡,扩张血管,改善冠脉血流以及抑制基质金属蛋白酶的表达等多种途径而发挥抗心肌缺血作用。查阅国内外相关文献,对黄酮类化合物的抗心肌缺血作用机制进行综述,为深入评价与研究黄酮类化合物抗心肌缺血的药效和机制及开发疗效更好的抗心肌缺血药物提供理论基础和研究思路。 Myocardial ischemia poses a great threat to human health and life,and the research on the therapeutic strategies of it are always the serious problems in clinic. Flavonoids is a kind of polyphenol compound,which widely distributed in a variety of plants. Recently,the role of flavonoids to protect the cardiovascular disease especially in myocardial ischemia is becoming more evident,the underlying mechanisms could be such as antioxidation,anti-inflammatory,expansion blood vessel,etc. In this paper,the research progress on anti-myocardial ischemia mechanism of flavonoids are reviewed according to various relevant literature at home and abroad in order to provide the theoretical basis and research ideas for the further study of flavonoids on pharmacodynamics,mechanism and the development of drugs for myocardial ischemia.
