李中宇教授基于中医“治未病”思想指导高尿酸血症和痛风防治

Prevention and Treatment of Hyperuricemia and Gout Based on Professor LI Zhongyu’s Thought of TCM“Preventive Treatment of Diseases”

高尿酸血症和痛风是临床常见多发病,严重危害人类健康。该文以中医学之＂治未病＂思想为理论基础,在高尿酸血症和痛风的防治方面进行初步讨论,通过分析高尿酸血症和痛风的病因病机,病情发展阶段,李中宇教授结合高尿酸血症及痛风的发病特点,将中医＂治未病＂思想与高尿酸血症和痛风的分期辨证论治相结合,认为治本病之未病应分为未病先防、防病于先,欲病救萌、防其未发,谨候其时、防微杜渐,已病防变、治其未传,瘥后调摄、防病复发,进而将＂治未病＂思想更好的运用于高尿酸血症和痛风的防治当中。

Hyperuricemia and gout is a common disease in clinic,and it is also an important disease which seriously endangers human health. Based on the traditional Chinese medicine of＂preventive treatment of diseases＂theory have a preliminary discussion on the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout,through the analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperuricemia and gout,professor LI Zhongyu combines the characteristics of hyperuricemia and gout,the stage of disease progression is to combine TCM＂preventive treatment of diseases＂with diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout,it believes that the disease should be divided into disease of prevention and prevention first;To disease save,prevention when the disease is not in place;Attention treatment timing,nip the bud. Preventing transform when sickness,and treat disease when disease is not developed;Regulating after disease cure,disease recurrence,and then the＂preventive treatment of diseases＂thought is better used in the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia and gout.
