隔药灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation of Isolution Medicine Moxibustion for Primary Dysmenorrhea with Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的：观察隔药灸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者的临床疗效。方法：将40例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用隔药灸进行治疗,对照组采用艾条温和灸法（以下称单纯艾灸法）进行干预,每个月经周期施灸7次,连续3个月经周期。观察治疗3个月经周期后腹部疼痛VAS评分及中医证候积分的变化,并比较两组之间的差异。结果：隔药灸组与单纯艾灸组治疗前后腹部疼痛VAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且隔药灸组疗效优于单纯艾灸组（P〈0.05）。在中医证候疗效方面,隔药灸组和单纯艾灸组有效率分别为95%、80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：隔药灸是治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的有效方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of isolution medicine moxibustion for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea. Methods：40 patients of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group used the treatment of isolution medicine moxibustion,and the control group adopted the methods of moxibustion with moxa stick（the following is called simple moxibustion method）. Each patient applyed moxibustion 7 times per menstrual cycle,and the treatments continuously proceeded 3 menstrual cycles. Then observed the change of the VAS score of abdominal pain after 3 menstrual cycle and the differences of TCM syndrome,and compared the differences between the two groups. Results：The difference of VAS score was statistically significant before and after treatment between the isolution medicine moxibustion group and the simple moxibustion group（P〈0.05）,and the efficacy of the isolution medicine moxibustion group was better than that of simple moxibustion group（P〈0.05）. In the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the effective efficiency of the isolution medicine moxibustion group and moxibustion group was 95% and 80% respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Isolution medicine moxibustion is an effective method to treat the primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation andblood stasis syndrome.
