摘要
面对工业4.0时代的到来以及国家"建设制造强国"的战略部署,推进"两化融合"战略是国防军工企业的时代选择。比较了德国工业4.0、美国工业互联网、中国制造2025等战略提出背景与内涵的异同;结合企业的"两化融合"实践,阐述了构建全方位、体系化两化融合架构的认识与思考,强调了数据作为"创新驱动"的核心要素在企业创新发展中的重要作用;并针对企业建立"两化融合管理体系"不同阶段应关注的要点进行了分析,以提升企业核心竞争力,促进新时代国防军工企业的转型发展。
With incoming of Industry 4. 0 era and national strategic deployment of "building powerful manufacturing nation",this paper proposes that advancing "Integration of Informatization and Industrialization"strategy is the inevitable choice of military enterprises in this great era. The strategies of Germany Industry 4. 0,U. S. Industrial Internet and Made in China 2025 are compared to analyze their differences in backgrounds and contents; and combining the enterprise practices in "Integration of Informatization and Industrialization",the thoughts and opinions on constructing all-round systematic architecture for"Integration of Informatization and Industrialization"are described,emphasizing the significant role of"data"in enterprise innovation and development as it is the essential factor of "Innovation Driving";and,the key points that enterprises should be concerned with in different stages of constructing "the Management System for Integration of Informatization and Industrialization"are analyzed in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the transformation and development of military enterprises in the new era.
