糖尿病肾病分期及中医证型分布特点分析

Analysis on the Characteristics of Diabetic Nephropathy Staging and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Distribution

目的对糖尿病肾病分期以及中医证型分布特点进行研究分析。方法选择2015年5月—2017年5月间在我院进行治疗的糖尿病患者共500例作为研究分析对象,对所有患者的临床资料进行分析,观察中医证型分布与糖尿病肾病分期之间关系。结果在500例糖尿病患者中,出现80例(16.00)糖尿病肾病,根据糖尿病标证总出现率,血瘀证最多,其次是湿热证、湿浊证以及水湿证;根据糖尿病本证总出现率,脾肾阳虚证最少,出现10例;气阴两虚证最多,出现27例。结论中医证型分布与糖尿病肾病分期之间存有一定的关联。

Objective To study and analyze the stages of diabetic nephropathy and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome type.Methods A total of 500 diabetic patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects. The clinical data of all patients were analyzed,and the relationship between TCM syndromes and the stages of diabetic nephropathy was observed. Results In 500 cases of diabetic patients,80（ 16. 00） cases of diabetic nephropathy,According to the total occurrence rate of diabetes mellitus standard syndrome,blood stasis syndrome is the most,followed by damp-heat syndrome,dampness and turbidity syndrome and water dampness syndrome; according to the total occurrence rate of diabetes,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome is the least,10 cases,qi and yin deficiency syndrome is the most,there are 27 cases. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the distribution of TCM syndrome type and the stages of diabetic nephropathy.
