高辉教授治疗原发性肝癌临床经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Gao Hui in Treating Primary Liver Cancer

高辉教授从事中医临床工作40年,在中医治疗肝癌方面经验颇丰。该文主要对高辉教授论治原发性肝癌的临床经验进行剖析、总结,以期为同道提供新的治疗思路。高辉教授认为肝癌的发病关键在于人体正气亏虚,"湿""痰"是肝癌发病的重要机制。治疗上强调补益脾胃以健固中州,利湿化痰以祛邪制癌,重视脾胃在肝癌发生发展中的重要作用。针对该病机设立补益消癥方临证加减,获得良好疗效,值得临床借鉴。

Professor Gao Hui has been engaged in TCM clinical work for 40 years and has considerable experience in TCM treatment of liver cancer. This article mainly analyzes and summarizes clinical experience of Professor Gao Hui in treating primary liver cancer,with a view to providing fellow doctors with new treatment ideas. Professor Gao Hui believes that the key to the pathogenesis of liver cancer lies in the deficiency and deficiency of the human body. The ＂wetness＂and ＂phlegm＂occupy an important mechanism in the pathogenesis of liver cancer. Treatment is strengthening spleen and stomach to consolidate middle jiao,promoting dampness and resolving phlegm to eliminate evil in cancer,emphasizing on the spleen and stomach play an important role in the occurrence and development of liver cancer. In view of the pathogenesis,modified Buyi Xiaozheng prescription has good efficacy,and it is worthy of clinical reference.
