改良半夏泻心汤治疗Hp相关性胃炎176例

Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-related Gastritis

目的观察改良半夏泻心汤联合新四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月—10月我院自诊收治的176例Hp相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各88例。对照组采用西医新四联疗法,观察组加用改良半夏泻心汤联合治疗,2组疗程均为2周,对2组治疗前、后2周及治疗后4周随访,对主要中医症状、DOB下降情况、胃黏膜改善情况进行分析。结果观察组主要中医症状、DOB下降情况、胃黏膜情况均较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论改良半夏心汤联合新四联疗法治疗Hp相关性慢性非萎缩性胃炎能明显改善临床症状及胃黏膜情况,提高四联疗法抗Hp的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with the new quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori（ HP）-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis. Methods Between January 2016 and October 2016,176 patients with HP-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with the new quadruple therapy of Western medicine. The patients in the observation group were treated with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The patients were followed-up for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, H. pylori DOB decreased, gastric mucosal improvement was analyzed.Results The main TCM symptoms,DOB decline and gastric mucosa were significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The modified Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with the new quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-related chronic nonatrophic gastritis can improve the clinical symptoms,the gastric mucosa and the curative effect.
