固本培元消水膏治疗脾肾阳虚型肾水临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guben Peiyuan Xiaoshui Cream in Treating Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Edema

目的观察固本培元消水膏穴位贴敷对脾肾阳虚型肾水(难治性肾病综合征水肿)的临床疗效。方法将85例符合临床标准的患者随机分为2组,剔除脱落患者,最后观察治疗组及对照组各38例,治疗组采用固本培元消水膏穴位贴敷联合利尿剂、百令胶囊治疗,对照组采用利尿剂、百令胶囊治疗,通过观察患者体质量、腹围、尿量、水肿积分、中医证侯积分量表、24小时尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白等来评价疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组可减轻患者体质量、腹围,减轻水肿,减少蛋白尿,增加尿量(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为92.1%,显著高于对照组的68.4%(P<0.01)。治疗组中医证候总有效率为94.7%,显著高于对照组的52.6%(P<0.01)。结论固本培元消水膏穴位贴敷联合利尿剂、百令胶囊治疗脾肾阳虚肾水有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guben Peiyuan Xiaoshui cream in treating yang deficiency of spleen andkidney edema.Methods 85 patients met clinical standards were randomly divided into 2 groups. After eliminating non-conforming patients,the treatment group of 38 cases used Guben Peiyuan Xiaoshui cream combined with diuretic and Bailing capsule,and the control group of 38 cases used only diuretic and Bailing capsule. By observing the patients with body weight,abdominal circumference,urine output,edema points,TCM syndrome integral scale,24-hour urinary protein quantification,Serum albumin,the curative effect was evaluated. Results Comparing with the control group,the treatment group can reduce the body weight,abdominal circumference,reduce edema and albuminuria,and increase urine volume（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92. 1% and 68. 4% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 94. 7%,which was significantly higher than 52. 6% in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The Guben Peiyuan Xiaoshui cream combined with diuretic and Bailing capsule in treating yang deficiency of spleen and kidney edema has significant effect.
