通脉复律汤治疗门诊冠心病缓慢性心律失常患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tongmai Fulyu Decoction in Treating Coronary Heart Disease with Chronic Arrhythmia

目的分析通脉复律汤治疗门诊冠心病缓慢性心律失常患者的临床效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年2月84例门诊冠心病缓慢性心律失常患者按照数字表法分2组各42例。常规治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予利脑心片治疗,通脉复律汤组在常规治疗组基础上给予通脉复律汤治疗。比较2组冠心病缓慢性心律失常治疗总有效率;心电图缺血性ST-T改变恢复正常时间、住院时间;干预前后患者左心射血分数、心脏指数、24小时室性期前收缩情况、肌钙蛋白水平;不良反应发生率。结果通脉复律汤组冠心病缓慢性心律失常治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组,P<0.05;通脉复律汤组心电图缺血性ST-T改变恢复正常时间、住院时间短于常规治疗组,P<0.05;干预前2组左心射血分数、心脏指数、24小时室性期前收缩情况、肌钙蛋白水平相近,P>0.05;16周后通脉复律汤组左心射血分数、心脏指数、24小时室性期前收缩情况、肌钙蛋白水平优于常规治疗组,P<0.05。2组不良反应发生情况相近,P>0.05。结论通脉复律汤治疗门诊冠心病缓慢性心律失常患者的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,改善心功能,无明显不良反应,用药安全,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tongmai Fulyu decoction in treating coronary heart disease with chronic arrhythmia.Methods From January 2016 to February 2017,84 cases of outpatient coronary heart disease patients with chronic arrhythmia were divided into two groups according to the digital table,with 42 cases in each group. The routine group was given Linaoxin tablet on the basis of routine treatment,and the treatment group was given Tongmai Fulyu decoction on the basis of the routine group. The total effective rate,ECG ischemic ST-T change recovery time,hospitalization time,intervention in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index,24 hours of ventricular contractions and troponin levels,the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the treatment group P〈0. 05. The ischemic ECG ST-T changes recovery time,hospitalization time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the routine group P〈0. 05. Before intervention,left ventricular ejection fraction and heart index,24 hours of ventricular contractions,troponin levels of the two groups was similar P〈0. 05. 16 weeks later,the left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac index,24 hours of ventricular contractions,troponin levels of the treatment group was better than that of the control group P〈0. 05. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar P〉0. 05. Conclusion The clinical effect of Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease outpatient cardioversion in patients with bradyarrhythmia is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,heart function and safe medication without obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion.
