复方丹参滴丸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Combined with Prostadil in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法选取我院2014年2月—2017年2月收治的130例DPN患者进行分组研究,按照摸球法分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予复方丹参滴丸联合前列地尔治疗,评比2组临床症状表现变化和治疗效果。结果治疗后2组下肢踝肱指数、足背动脉血流量均高于治疗组,组间对比发现,对照组低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,2组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合前列地尔对改善糖尿病周围神经病变临床症状表现,提高治疗效果意义显著,值得在临床中深入推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with alprostadil on diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）. Methods A total of 130 patients with DPN admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were divided into control group（ n = 65） and observation group（ n = 65） according to the touch ball method. The control group was given conventional.The observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pill combined with alprostadil on the basis of the control group. The clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the ankle-brachial index and dorsalis pedis artery blood flow of the lower limbs of both groups were higher than that of before treatment. The comparison between the two groups showed that the control group was lower than the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with alprostadil can improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
