中西医结合疗法在消化内科的临床应用分析

Analysis on the Clinical Application of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy in Gastroenterology

目的研究中西医结合疗法在消化内科中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院收治的64例消化溃疡患者,随机将其划分为对照组与研究组,2组患者各为32例。2组患者都接受西医治疗方式,研究组患者还需采用中西医结合疗法,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组中的患者在接受了常规西医疗法之后,治疗的总有效率为68.75%,研究组的患者在接受常规西医治疗方式的基础上采取中西医结合疗法,治疗的总有效率为96.88%。通过对比研究组与对照组的总有效率,发现研究组临床疗效优于对照组,2组之间的差异显著,体现出统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法在消化内科中的临床应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical application effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the gastroenterology. Methods 64 cases of peptic ulcer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with32 cases in each group. Two groups received Western medicine treatment,patients in the study group was also given combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group and the study group was 68. 75% and 96. 88% respectively. The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups had significantly statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in the gastroenterology has significantly clinical effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
