广州近现代(1840—1949年)中医期刊研究概况

Overview of Research on Modern (1840-1949) Chinese Medicine Journals in Guangzhou

对2017年以前的广州中医期刊相关文献研究进行梳理,得出目前广州近现代中医期刊研究有7个方面:(1)对中医期刊全国性收录及发展历史梳理中涉及广州地区;(2)广州本土对中医期刊地区性的收录及发展历史梳理;(3)对中医期刊现存情况的调查;(4)对期刊的保存整理;(5)对单一期刊的研究;(6)对期刊所载医案的研究;(7)对期刊所载专科文献的研究。与全国相比,广州地区对近现代中医药期刊的研究仍有很大的发展空间,认为可以从3个方面进行进一步研究:(1)对现存期刊的调查可继续深入;(2)《杏林医学月报》以外的其他现存的期刊的价值有待被发掘;(3)对期刊内容的专题性研究角度有待拓宽。

Modern Chinese Medicine Journals are not only carry the valuable literature of modern Chinese medicine, but also comprehensively reflect the struggle of existence of Chinese medicine and the development history of Chinese medicine at that period with its timeliness, extensiveness and authenticity. This paper summarizes relevant literature before 2017 of Guangzhou modern Chinese medicine and draws out that currently researches on modern Chinese medicine journals in Guangzhou have 7 aspects： （1） national collection and summarization of development history of Chinese medicine journals which are related to Guangzhou; （2） regional collection and summarization of development history of Chinese medicine journals in Guangzhou; （3） investigation on the existence of Chinese medicine journals; （4） the prevention of journals; （5） research on a single journal; （6） research on medical records in journals; （7） research on specialist literature in journals. Compared with the whole country, there is still a lot of room for the study of modern Chinese medicine journals in Guangzhou. This paper made a conclusion that further research can be made according to three aspects： firstly, the investigation of existing journals can continue in depth; secondly, the value of other existing journals remains to be explored except Xinglin Medical Monthly; thirdly, the thematic research perspective of journal content can be widened.
