阐述了中医对消渴的认识及药物配伍,总结了地连丸方中药物治疗消渴的研究,认为本方针对中消胃火过盛耗伤津液的病机而选药组方,其中黄连与生地黄的配伍更是临床治疗消渴之常用组合,故对本方用药及配伍规律进行探讨,以便更好地指导临床。
