基于新型林业经营主体视角的福建省林下经济发展路径

Study on the Development of Undergrowth Economy in Fujian Province Based on the Cultivation of New Forestry Management Entities

作为林业先进生产力的代表,林下经济在推进林业产业结构转型升级、促进林农增产增收的过程中发挥着重要的作用。国内现有研究多从宏观和微观两个方面探讨林下经济的发展,而忽视了新型林业经济主体视角下林下经济的发展策略。新型林业经营主体是作为高效的林业组织形式,有力的推动林业产业的发展。以福建省为例,在对福建省林下经济的发展现状进行了阐述的基础上,深入分析新型林业经营主体视角下福建省林下经济发展存在着林下经济经营主体内部经营管理水平低、不同的新型林业经营主体之间各自为政等问题,在此基础上构建新型林业经营主体视角下福建林下经济的发展模式,提出促进福建省林下经济又好又快发展的路径选择,包括培育新型林下经济经营主体、加强各主体之间的交流合作、规范市场秩序,营造良好的市场环境、完善金融扶持体系建设,做好风险防范。

As a representative of advanced productivity forces in forestry, the forest undergrowth economy plays an important role in the process of promoting the transformation and structurally upgrading forestry industry,and accelerating the agroforestry income. The existing domestic research mostly discusses the development of the underforest economy from both the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives, while ignoring the under-forest economic development strategy under the perspective of the new-type forestry economic subject. The new type of forestry business is used as an efficient form of forestry organization to effectively promote the development of the forestry industry. This article takes Fujian province as an example, and elaborates on the current status of the development of the under-forest economy in Fujian Province. It analyzes in depth the perspective of the new-type forestry management subject. Under the forestry economic development in Fujian Province, there are economic operators under the forest economy, different types of new types of forestry management entities have their own governance issues, and on this basis build a new model of development of the forest under the forestry perspective in Fujian, and propose ways to promote the sound and rapid development of the forest economy in Fujian province, including nurturing the new-type economic operators under the forest, strengthening exchanges and cooperation among various entities, standardizing the market order, creating a good market environment, improving the construction of financial support systems, and emphasizing risk prevention.
