高校精准资助制度的思想政治教育功能

Ideological and Political Education Function of Targeted Financial Aid Policy in Colleges and Universities

党的十九大报告提出要＂弱有所扶＂＂健全学生资助制度,使绝大多数城乡新增劳动力接受高中阶段教育、更多接受高等教育＂,这一提法将资助工作提升到提高国民整体素质和人才培养层次的高度。为贯彻落实十九大精神,促进资助育人与思想政治教育紧密结合,高校要运用好＂精准资助＂制度中蕴含的丰富思想政治教育资源,做好学生的诚信教育、励志教育和感恩教育,以推动新形势下高校思想政治教育和资助育人工作水平的提升,落实好＂立德树人＂这个教育的根本任务。

The report of 19 th CPC National Congress says that＂we should make steady progress in social assistance＂and＂improve the system of financial aid to students,and work to see that the vast majority of the new members of the urban and rural labor force have received senior secondary education,and that more and more of them receive higher education＂. This means the financial aid grows in importance because it is closely bounded with talent training and the well-rounded development of all countrymen. For the implementation of the spirit of 19 th CPC National Congress,the rich educational resources of＂targeted financial aid policy＂in colleges and universities should be explored. In this way,the students＇ trustworthiness education,inspirational education and gratitude education will be promoted. It will also greatly improve the ideological and political education and the financial aid work in new era and well implement the education primary mission of ＂enhance morality,foster talents＂.
