摘要
从教师职业发展、教师职业价值的中外现状进行比较分析,通过数据挖掘算法对核心内容具体剖析,并从我国教育所处的环境出发,探究符合国民特色的教师专业发展及职业价值的方向。
Compared teachers' professional development and teachers' occupational value at home with those abroad,starting from the environment of education in our country,this paper explores the deep and core information with data mining algorithm on teacher professional development and direction of career value with national characteristics.
