摘要
基于需求分析的研究视角,通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,对西藏大学英语(师范)专业课程设置开展研究,通过对学生学习需求和用人单位需求的调查,发现现行的课程设置有其不合理的一面,应加强该专业课程设置的针对性,合理调整培养方案及课程体系,使课程设置进一步优化,实现专业培养目标。
This paper makes a study on the curriculum planning for English( normal) majors at Tibet University on the basis of needs analysis by using the method of questionnaires and interviews. After making a survey on students' needs and social needs,it can be found that some improper factors exist in the present curriculum planning. The pertinence of the curriculum should be strengthened.It is necessary to adjust the training program and course system in order to optimize the curriculum planning and achieve the training goals.
