摘要
高校的不断扩招,使生源和教师质量都无法避免地呈现下降的趋势。针对大学公共英语学科特征和现实情况,将"心理契约"的概念引入公共英语课堂,能够帮助学生明确学习目的,有利于缓解紧张的师生关系,加强师生间的相互了解,进一步提高教学质量,同时也可以开拓公共英语课堂管理的新思路。
With students of college expanding increasingly,the quality of students and teachers is inevitably falling. Given the disciplinary characteristics and its present situations,introduction of psychological contract to college English class has contribution to ease tensive relationship between teachers and students,to clear learning goals and strengthen mutual understanding between them,further improve teaching quality. Meanwhile,it adds a new path to college English teaching.
