《终身学习法》的价值取向研究——基于中国《终身学习法》诞生必要性的视野

A Study of the Value Orientation of Lifelong Learning Law——Based on the Vision of the Necessity of Birth of Lifelong Learning Law in China

党的十九大标志着我国进入中国特色社会主义新时代,社会发展的主要矛盾转变为人民日益增长的美好生活需要与不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。新矛盾的解决、新教育的拓展、新使命的完成,呼吁《终身学习法》的诞生。基于此,立足于新时代的新矛盾,从社会发展不平衡、教育结构不合理、文化弘扬不充分三个方面入手,阐述《终身学习法》出台的必要性,即有助于实现社会和谐、促进教育平衡和个体完善,进而实现文化的复兴,这也是新时代《终身学习法》的终极价值所在。

The convening of the 19 th National people＇s Congress of the Party symbolizes that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The principal contradiction of social development has turned into the contradiction between the people＇s growing need for a better life with the unbalanced and inadequate development.It＇s time to develop Lifelong Learning Law of China for the solution of the new contradictions,the expansion of the new education and the completion of the new mission.This paper elaborated the necessity of the introduction of Lifelong Learning Law in China from the social development is not balanced,education structure is not reasonable,and the cultural promotion is not fully three aspects based on the new contradictions of the new era.The necessity of the birth of Lifelong Learning Law is to realize the harmony of society,to promote educational balance and individual improvement,so as to achieve the revival of culture,which is the ultimate value of Lifelong Learning Law of China in the new era.
