摘要 义务教育城乡一体化是我国城乡经济社会发展一体化的重要组成部分,也是促进义务教育公平、优质发展的重要途径。义务教育城乡一体化应然意蕴的核心是统筹城乡教育资源,实现城乡教育互补共荣。为推进城乡义务教育一体化,从国家到地方在政策支持、经费投入、资源利用、师资队伍建设、学校内涵发展等采取了一系列措施,取得了巨大成效,但依然存在诸多困境。要破解这些困境,加快义务教育城乡一体化进程,需要精准发力、多措并举。同时也需要加强研究和反思,避免走弯路和错路。《县域内义务教育城乡一体化发展研究——基于河北省的调查》一书在调查基础上对义务教育城乡一体化进行的理性思考,具有重要实践价值。 The integration of urban and rural compulsory education is the important part of integration of urban and rural economy and society,also the important measure of obtaining the fairness and high quality of Chinese compulsory education.The core meaning of integration of urban and rural compulsory education is to make overall management of urban and rural education resource and make them complementary and prosperous.Although we have taken many actions on the policy making,finance supporting,resource use,teachers' construction,school connotation development and gained some achievements,we have to face many difficulties.We need take more effective measures and pay attention to research and self-examination.Research on the integration of urban and rural compulsory education within the county territory:investigation of Hebei Province has important practical value in this area.
