住宿书院制育人模式的实践探索及其启示——以河北大学工商学院为例

The Practical Exploration and Revelation on Education Mode of Residential College System——A Case Study of Industrial and Commercial College of Hebei University

21世纪初,我国高校兴起的住宿书院制育人模式是在借鉴英美大学住宿学院制度和中国传统书院的基础上,形成的以学生宿舍为依托的师生共处育人平台,其建设核心是提升学生综合素质,促进学生全面发展。河北大学工商学院是河北省第一所实行住宿书院制的院校。本文以其为例,从公共活动区建设、管理制度、精品活动等多方面探讨住宿书院制兴起对高校育人模式发展的启示,并立足于现状提出相关反思和建议,以更好地促进住宿书院制育人模式的改革与发展。

On the basis of Chinese ancient academy and European,American accommodation college system,the domestic colleges＇ education mode,which under residential college system came into being at the beginning of this century.The teachers get along with students on the platform of cultivating talents which was based on students＇ dormitories.The core concept of residential college system is promoting students＇ comprehensive quality and getting students＇ fully developed.Industrial and Commercial college of Hebei University was the pioneer of practicing residential college system in Hebei Province.This paper analyzes residential college system＇s revelation to the cultivating talents work of colleges with the analysis of public activity area construction,management system,and highquality activities.It also makes some reflection and recommendations based on the current situation in order to promote the reform and development of the residential college system.
