行业学院:概念内涵、组织特征与实践路径——兼论民办本科高校应用型人才培养

Industry College:Concept Connotation,Organizational Characteristics and Practical Paths:On the Cultivation of Applied Talents in Non-governmental Regular Universities

在民办本科高校转型过程中,行业学院成为应用型人才培养的重要模式,引发社会关注。行业学院是本科高校与行业(或行业中的骨干企业、典型企业)紧密融合,以行(企)业生产链、产品链、技术链和服务链为对象,共同开展人才培养和科技服务的应用型专业学院。行业学院的兴起主要受经济转型升级、创新驱动和民办高校转型发展三种因素的影响,其组织特征表现为共同构建治理方式、共同制定培养方案、共同组建教学团队、共同推进管理改革、共同打造产学研基地及共同开展项目研发。文章以浙江树人大学行业学院建设的实践为例,提出行业学院建设应注重扎根地方、加强协同、引入标准、推进融合及发挥优势等对策建议。

In the process of transformation of non-governmental regular universities,industry colleges have become an important model for cultivating applied talents,and have aroused public attentions. Industry colleges are application oriented professional colleges which closely integrate university and industry（ or leading enterprises in the industry）,use industry（ enterprise） production chain,product chain,technology chain and service chain as the object,to carry out talent training and technology service. The rise of industry colleges is mainly affected by three factors： economic transformation and upgrading,innovation-driven and transformation and development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. The organizational characteristics show common construction of governance methods,and jointly developing training programs,setting up teaching team,promoting management reform and creating production base and joint research and development project. Taking the practice of constructing industry colleges in Zhejiang Shuren University as an example,this paper puts forward that the construction of the industry college should pay more attention to the rooting place,strengthen the coordination,introduce the standard,promote the integration and exert the advantage.
