摘要
高校现有创业教育课程体系过于注重成功导向,忽视对创业失败的认知、干预及修复,这与大学生的创业现状不符。而基于创业失败的教育会对创业者身心健康及其后续创业行为产生消极影响。按照"创业前—创业中—创业后"的顺序,通过嵌入失败认知、情绪恢复和失败学习三个模块,构建失败修复视角的高校创业教育课程体系,以缓解创业失败对创业者的伤害,同时通过失败案例的学习,降低后续创业的失败率。
Existing entrepreneurship education curriculum system in universities overemphasizes successful guidance,while ignoring cognition,intervention,and recovery of entrepreneurial failure,which is inconsistent with the status quo of university students' start-ups and can bring negative impact on mental health and subsequent entrepreneurial behavior. According to the order of "pre-start,start-up,post-start-up",this paper builds a curriculum system of entrepreneurship education in universities from the perspective of failure recovery by embedding three modules: cognitive failure,emotional recovery and failure learning.This is to alleviate entrepreneurs' injury caused by entrepreneurial failure and at the same time through failure case studies to reduce the failure rate of subsequent entrepreneurship.
