Application of Digital Management for the Construction of City Fuel Gas

针对目前燃气施工管理数字化应用平台功能不全,精细化不足等问题,本文介绍了一套完整的工程管理数字化系统。系统的应用,实现了工程质量管理的标准化、全面化,工程进度控制的精准化,施工后处理的高效化,办公的移动化以及监管的数字化、动态化,提高了工程各方的工作效能。最后分析了系统的优势与不足,探讨了下一步的升级方向,将燃气工程的数字化应用水平提升到了一个新的高度。

In order to solve the problem that the latest digital application platform is insufficient function and lack of refinement,this paper developed a new overall digital platform of engineering management.The application of the system has achieved the standardization of the engineering quality management and the precision of the schedule control.lt can also achieve the high efficient of post-treatment and mobility office and the digitization of supervision.Therefore,the new digital platform can improve overall efficiency for all engineering construction quarters.ln the end,this paper analysis the advantages and shortage for plattbrm,at the same time the paper points out upgrading direction of the system in future.So,this paper raises the digital application level of city fuel gas engineering to a new height.
