摘要
目的阐明中国大陆地区流行性腮腺炎（流腮）病毒学监测进展及腮腺炎病毒（MuV）基因特征。方法依托全国麻疹/风疹实验室网络,自2001年起在全国范围内开展流腮病毒学监测。通过病毒分离、Real-time RT-PCR和RT-PCR等方法对MuV进行实验室检测和病毒基因型别鉴定;依据SH靶基因316个核苷酸序列,分析中国大陆地区MuV基因型别及其分布特征。结果 2001-2017年从中国22个省份共获得MuV SH基因序列451条,通过MuV基因型鉴定,439条（97.33%）为F基因型,12条（2.67%）为G基因型;2001-2017年有多个MuV F基因型分支共循环;G基因型于2011-2016年在局部地区流行。结论中国大陆地区MuV优势流行株为F基因型,G基因型呈局部流行;需加强流腮的持续性病毒学监测。
Objective To analyze progress of mumps virus surveillance and the genetic characteristics of mumps viruses（ MuV） circulating in China's Mainland. Methods We obtained mumps virus reports from the National Measles/Rubella Laboratory Network from 2001 to 2017. We detected,isolated,and genotyped MuV with real-time RT-PCR and RT-PCR,and analyzed the resulting MuV genotype distribution based on sequences of the 316 nucleotide SH gene. Results During 2001-2017,451 SH gene sequences were obtained from 22 provinces in China's Mainland. Genotyping showed that 439（ 97. 33%）sequences were genotype F and 12（ 2. 67%） were genotype G. Several branches of genotype F co-circulated from 2001 to 2017. Genotype G spread in local areas from 2011 to 2016. Conclusions Genotype F was the dominant genotype of MuV circulating in China's Mainland,while genotype G spread locally.Surveillance of mumps viruses should continue and should be strengthened.
