摘要
社会融入的实质是身份认同的过程,身份认同是个体找寻文化群体并获取归属感的过程。基于身份认同的少数民族流动儿童社会融入存在经济身份认同、制度身份认同和文化身份认同三大困境。可通过重构认同观念,确立多元身份观;优化认同结构,提升跨文化适应力;深化认同目标,建构本真性理想确立少数民族流动儿童社会融入困境的自我突破策略;通过社会制度支持以消除群体边界;社会文化支持以澄清社会价值;社会结构支持以构建"学校—家庭—社区—网络"四位一体的支持体系,形成促进少数民族流动儿童社会融入的外部支持策略。
The essence of social integration is the process of identity,which is the process of individual seeking a cultural group and acquiring a sense of belonging. Ethnic migrant children face three major dilemmas of economic identity,institutional identity and cultural identity in their social integration due to their identity. So the self-breakthrough strategies for them to overcome the difficulties should be developed through reconstructing the concept of identity and establishing the concept of multiple identities; optimizing the structure of identity and enhancing cross-cultural adaptability; as well as deepening the goal of identity and building the true ideal. While the external support strategies to promote their social integration include eliminating group boundaries through social system support; clarifying social values through social and cultural support; and building a "school-family-community-network " four-in-one support system through social structure support.
