学会学习:进城务工人员随迁子女的迫切需要

Learning to Study: the Urgent Need of Accompanying Children

摘要 田野调查发现,进城务工人员随迁子女没有掌握或使用有效的学习手段,缺乏积极的学习意愿,学习低效。依据学会学习机制对该问题的形成过程进行分析,并运用相关的社会学理论予以诠释,挖掘背后的深层原因,研究发现:知识类型差异引发随迁子女学而不会,进而遇到一定的社会排斥,导致自我身份否定,引起随迁子女"不愿学"。为促进随迁子女学会学习,政府应对招收随迁子女的公办学校实行弹性化减负政策,加强补偿教育,开展多元文化教育。 The findings of a field survey show that accompanying children fail to master or use effective learning methods,they lack positive willingness to study,and their learning is seriously inefficient.Based on the learning mechanism,an analysis is made of the problems and relevant sociological theories are used to explain and dig the deeper reasons behind the problems. It is found out that different types of knowledge cause their failure in learning,then resulting to their encounter of certain exclusion,denial of selfidentity and refusal to study. In order to improve the situation,the government should set flexible burdenreduction policy for the public schools taking in children of migrant workers, strengthen compensatory education and carry out multi-cultural education.
