民国时期东南亚华校国语课程研究

A Study of Mandarin Courses at Chinese Schools in Southeast Asia during the Period of the Republic of China

民国初期海外使用国语(1)的人数在不断减少。但是,在国内国语运动的推动和民族独立意识觉醒的双重作用下,东南亚华校在重视英语教学的同时,国语学科在传统和现实平衡的前提下逐渐得到重视。民国时期东南亚华校国语课程设置基本满足了华侨华人社区的客观需求。当时的东南亚作为列强殖民地,其华校逐渐走上了中英双语教育之路。

In the early period of the Republic of China,the number of overseas people who used Mandarin was decreasing. However,under the influence of Mandarin promotion in China and the awakening of national independence consciousness,the Mandarin courses received attention gradually at Chinese schools in Southeast Asia which focused on English course at the same time. The curriculum of Mandarin at Chinese schools in that period basically met the objective requirements of the Chinese community. In the colonies of big powers,those Chinese schools gradually embarked on bilingual education.
