超重超大千米立井吊盘缩短升降时间的工程实践

摘要 针对目前超深竖井建设悬吊系统吊盘不平衡、钢丝绳受力不均、部分稳车出现溜车等,致使吊盘升降效率低下、存在安全隐患等问题;通过开发稳车集控系统、吊盘液压涨力自动平衡装置、稳车正反转检测防溜车系统等有效解决超重超大超深井凿井悬吊系统的稳定。在此基础上,建立稳车钢丝绳拉力天轮在线监控系统,同时监控吊盘载荷,实现超大吊盘平稳运转,充分发挥悬吊提运设备的效率,为超深竖井安全高效建设奠定基础。 At present,the unbalance of shaft sinking platform,uneven stress on the wire rope and some sliding winch in hoisting system construction of ultra deep shaft result in problems of the low hoisting efficiency of sinking platform and some security risks. Such devices as the integrated control system of winch,automatic balancing device for hydraulic lifting force of sinking platform and the reverse detection of winch for anti sliding are developed to effectively keep the stability of hoisting system during drilling the large cross-section and ultra deep shaft. Based on this,the online monitoring system of the tension on wire rope of winch is established to monitor the stress on sinking platform at the same time,which can realize stable operation of the ultra-large sinking platform,exert the efficiency of the hoisting equipments fully and provide the basis for drilling the ultra deep shaft safely and efficiently.
