摘要 为探究以水杨羟肟酸为捕收剂浮选锌浸出渣中的铅矾与以水杨羟肟酸为捕收剂浮选纯矿物试验结果差异较大的原因,以铅矾纯矿物为研究对象,考察了Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)对水杨羟肟酸捕收铅矾的影响。结果表明:无水杨羟肟酸作用时,铅矾几乎不上浮;水杨羟肟酸用量为160 mg/L时,铅矾回收率为92.5%;矿浆pH在4~12范围内,以水杨羟肟酸为捕收剂浮选铅矾,铅矾回收率均在90%以上;铅矾天然可浮性差,水杨羟肟酸对铅矾具有较强的捕收性能,Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)存在时,以水杨羟肟酸为捕收剂浮选铅矾,铅矾回收率下降明显。Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)抑制铅矾上浮的原因是Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)在矿浆中与水杨羟肟酸发生螯合反应,消耗了水杨羟肟酸。 In order to explore the reason for the different results of flotation of lead-alum in zinc leaching residue by salicylhydroxamic acid as collector and the flotation of pure minerals with salicylhydroxamic acid as collectors,the effect of Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) on the collection of lead-alum by salicylhydroxamic acid was investigated by using lead-alum pure minerals as the research object. The results showed that,when without salicylhydroxamic acid,lead alum almost does not float;the best dosage of salicylhydroxamic acid is 160 mg/L,at this time,the recovery rate of lead alum is 92.5%;the pulp p H is in 4~12 range,the recovery of lead alum is above 90%;When the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) existed,the recovery rate of lead alum decreased sharply. From the above results conclusions can be obtained as that: natural floatability of lead alum is poor,the salicylhydroxamic acid has a strong catching performance on lead-alum,and the reason of inhibiting lead-alum floating is that Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)are chelate reaction with salicylhydroxamic acid in pulp and consume the salicylhydroxamic acid.
