Three Forms and Internal Logic of the Overall Layout of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

中国特色社会主义总布局是我们对建设社会主义的一种战略认知与安排,既是我们在理念上对什么是社会主义的进一步理论认知,也是实践中怎样推进社会主义建设的实现路径,还是对保障社会主义建设事业制度系统的构建。因此,中国特色社会主义总布局从不同的角度看可分为三种形态,即理论形态的总布局、实践形态的总布局和制度形态的总布局。其中,理论形态的总布局是指导,实践形态的总布局是路径,制度形态的总布局是保障。三种形态的总布局虽相对独立,功能目标也不相同,但却彼此协调、相互嵌入、和谐共生,共同构成了一个"三位一体"的有机整体,推动着中国特色社会主义事业向着既定的战略目标迈进。

The overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a strategic cognition and arrangement for building socialism, is the further theoretical cognition to socialism in the idea level, is realization route to push socialism construction in the practice level, and is also a systemic establishment to guarantee the socialism construction system.Therefore, the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics can be divide into three forms, namely the theoretical form of overall layout, the practice form of overall layout, the system form of overall layout.The theoretical form of overall layout is the guidance, the practice form of overall layout is the path, the system form of overall layout is the guarantee.The three forms of overall layout are relatively independent and have different functional goals, but they are coordinated, embedded and symbiotic together, forming a ＂three in one＂ organic whole,to promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics towards the set strategic goals.
