近年来国内学界关于中国国际话语权研究述评

A Review on China's International Discourse Powerin Domestic Academic Circles

改革开放以来,我国取得举世瞩目的成就,但是综合国力的大大增强并没有转化为话语权力的相应提升,与西方话语权相比,中国国际话语权严重缺失。近年来,提升中国国际话语权已经成为一个刻不容缓的课题,国内学术界对此给予极大关注并取得较为丰硕的研究成果。本文主要对国际话语权的科学内涵以及提升中国国际话语权的必要性、机遇、现实挑战和路径等重要问题进行较为系统地梳理,在此基础上对已有研究成果进行评析。今后国内学术界对于中国国际话语权的研究应该把握中国国际话语权的生成逻辑:抓住学术话语权基础,突破西方话语体系障碍;拓宽研究视角,加强对话语传播过程的研究;重视中国话语世界性意义的研究,为中国国际话语权的提升奠定理论基础。

China has made remarkable economic achievementssince the reform and opening up, however,the great increase of comprehensive national strength has not translated into the corresponding promotion of international discourse power. Especially compare with the discourse power of Western countries,China＇s international discourse power is seriously lacking. How to enhance the China＇s inter national discourse power has become an urgent era topic, and domestic academic circles have given great at tention to China＇s international discourse power and have made fruitful research results. The paper systematically teasesoutsome important issues, such as the scientific connotation of international discourse power, the necessity, opportunities, actual challenges and paths of promoting China＇s international discourse power,and then give an evaluation of the existing research achievements based on this. In the future, the domestic academia should pay more attention to grasping the generation logic of China＇s international discourse power during the research of China＇s international discourse power： seize the foundation of the academic discourse power, and break through the obstacles of the western discourse system; broaden the research perspective, and strengthen the research on discourse transmission process; attach importance to the study of the global significance of Chinese discourse, so that lay a theoretical foundation for the promotion of China＇s international discourse power.
