电气石对反应器快速启动及生物多样性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Tourmaline on Rapid Start-up and Microbial Diversity of Reactors

摘要 采用2个平行的序批式反应器(SBR),分别添加电气石颗粒(实验组)、不添加电气石(对照组),研究了电气石对其快速启动及微生物多样性的影响;采用变性梯度凝胶电泳指纹图谱技术对启动后实验组和对照组的细菌种群动态变化及多样性进行了研究。结果表明,在启动过程中,实验组对COD、TN、SOP的启动时间均比对照组明显缩短,反应器稳定运行后2组出水COD和TN、SOP含量无明显差异,实验组中COD、TN、SOP去除率分别达到97.0%、85.58%、97.78%,对照组中COD、TN、SOP去除率分别为96.5%、85.79%、97.41%。细菌和氨氧化菌种群结构相对较稳定,而真菌种群结构则发生了较明显变化。 Two sequencing batch reactors were used in the experiment, one adding tourmaline particles as the test group, another without tourmaline as the control group, and the effect of tourmaline on rapid start-up and microbial diversity of sequencing batch reactor(SBR) was explored. The dynamic change and diversity of microbial community of post-startup test and control group were researched by denaturing gel gradient electrophoresis fingerprint technology. The results showed that, the starting time in the test group was shorter than that in the control group in terms of COD, TN and SOP in the start-up process, and the effluent of COD and TN, SOP content in the two groups was no significant difference after the start of the reactors. The removal rates of COD, TN and SOP in the test group were 97%, 85.58%, 97.78%, respectively, which were 96.5%, 85.79%, 97.41% respectively in the control group. The population structures of bacteria and ammonia oxidizing bacteria were relatively stable, while the population structure of fungi was changed significantly.
