蚯蚓生态滤池-人工湿地组合装置低温下处理畜禽废水 被引量:7

Livestock Wastewater Treatment by the Combined Device of Vermibiofilter and Constructed Wetland at Low Temperature

摘要 采用蚯蚓生态滤池/人工湿地的组合装置对畜禽废水进行处理,考察在冬季低温条件下,装置对畜禽废水中的COD、TN、TP、NH_4^+-N的去除效果。结果表明,在蚯蚓生态滤池蚯蚓密度为7.45 g/L,人工湿地基质为活性炭的条件下出水水质为佳,组合装置对TP、TN、COD、NH_4^+-N的平均去除率分别为87.07%、43.06%、72.12%、87.43%,部分出水TN含量和COD达到GB 18918-2002一级排放B类标准,TP、NH_4^+-N含量部分达到GB 18918-2002二级排放标准。进水NH_4^+-N、TP含量与去除量之间线性关系较强,进水COD和TN含量与去除量之间有一定相关的线性关系。组合装置具有对畜禽废水处理效果良好、工艺简单、维护方便等特点。 Combined device of vermibiofilter(VBF)and constructed wetland was used to treat livestock wastewater,the removal efficiency of COD,TN,TP and NH_4~+-N of livestock wastewater at low temperatures in winter were studied.The results showed that,the optimal operating conditions was 7.45g/L of earthworm density for VBF and activated carbon as the constructed wetland substrate,the average removal rates of TP,TN,COD and NH_4~+-N by combined device were 87.07%,43.06%,72.12%and 87.43%respectively.TN content and COD in partial effluent met the first level B standard of GB18918-2002,and the partial TP and NH_4~+-N content met the second emission standard of GB 18918-2002.The influent content and removal amount of NH_4~+-N and TP had strong linear relationship,and also the influent content and removal amount of COD and TN had a certain related linear relationship.It is indicated that combined device had characteristics of good treatment efficiency,simple process and convenient maintenance.
