Framework Construction of National Cultural Soft Power Index System

文章通过借鉴国际组织对文化发展水平的衡量方法,梳理国内外的文化指标相关研究,分析文化指标研究涉及的几大关系,建立国家文化软实力指标体系基本框架,并罗列了十项衡量文化软实力的核心指标,以期对该社会治理领域的绩效计算方法和机制做出一个初步探索。

By using for reference the international organizations＇ approaches for measuring the level of cultural development,and sorting out the relevant researches on cultural indicators home and abroad, this paper analyzes the major relationships involved in the study of cultural indicators, and establishes the basic framework of national cultural soft power index system. And then the paper makes a list of ten core indicators for measuring cultural soft power in order to carry out a preliminary exploration of performance calculation methods and mechanisms in the field of social governance.
