摘要
为谋求传统企业在互联网环境下地持续生存和不断发展,文章以能力要素为切入点,依托自组织理论和企业基因理论分析互联网转型的内在机理,提出传统企业互联网转型升级的"商业模式-经营方向-双路径耦合"三阶段。通过对企业基因内涵地界定构建互联网转型能力评价体系和路径选择模型。将路径结果耦合构成二维路径选择矩阵,为传统企业互联网转型升级提供一种全面而直观的路径选择方法。最后,利用数值算例验证了模型的正确性和适用性。
In order to seek the sustainable survival and development of traditional enterprises in the Internet environment,this paper takes the capability element as the starting point, and relies on self-organization theory and enterprise gene theory to analyze the internal mechanism of Internet transformation. And then the paper proposes three stages of traditional enterprise's Internet transformation, which refer to"business model-business direction-dual path coupling". In addition, the paper establishes the Internet transformation capability evaluation system and path selection model by defining corporate gene connotation, coupling the path results into a two-dimensional path selection matrix, which provides a comprehensive and intuitive path selection method for traditional enterprises' Internet transformation and upgrading. Finally, the numerical experiment is conducted to verify the correctness and applicability of the proposed model.
