The CPC's Insistence on and Development of the High Standard Requirements for Party Spirit Cultivation and Cadres' Political Caliber

中国共产党对于党员干部休养思想,提出并形成了系统的理论体系。从战略高度思考党员干部的党性修养和执政素质的提升问题,党中央提出党的干部要加强补足"精神之钙"的理想信念修养、强化"定力"的政治修养、执政为民的权力观修养。中国共产党从成立之初至今,结合不同时代的特点对党性修养进行了一系列的深入探索,积累了大量的宝贵经验,达到了理论与实践的有机统一,形成了党的干部修养的系统思想。深入研究党性修养的基本理论和实践经验对于党建工作而言具有十分重要的历史意义。

Concerning the abundant thoughts on cadres' qualifications, the CPC constructed a systematic theoretical system. In view of Party cadres' party spirit training and administrative capability cultivation at the height of strategy, a series of theories have been put forward: the need to intensify and supplement "the calcium of spirit" as for ideals and faith,the need to reinforce "willpower" as for political culture and the idea of "governing for the people" as for the right concept of power. Since the foundation of the CPC,we have launched a series of deep exploration of Party spirit training in different times,accumulated numerous valuable experience, attained the organic unification of theory and practice, and created systematic thoughts on Party spirit training of Party cadres.Thoroughly studying the basic theories and practical experience of Party spirit training poses historical importance on the work of Party construction.
