摘要
为了将秃疮药制剂应用于临床实践中,本试验研究运用ELISA技术,研究秃疮花针剂对小鼠淋巴细胞IL-4和IFN-γ的影响,试验结果表明,秃疮花针剂对小鼠淋巴细胞有明显的调节功能,能提高小鼠的细胞免疫和调节体液免疫水平。
In order to apply DLF preparations to clinical practice, the effects of DLF injections on IL-4 and IFN-γ of lym- phocytes in mouse was studied by ELISA technology. The results showed that the effects of DLF injections on mouse lymph cells have a significant regulatory function,and can improve the cellular immunity and regulate humoral immunity level of mice.
