瓜州县动物标识追溯体系建设现状、问题及对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures for Construction of the Animal Identification Tracing System in Guazhou County

动物标识是证明家畜身份、承载家畜产地、种类、重大动物疫病强制免疫等个体信息的标志,我国目前实施的动物标识,为农业部统一的二维码耳标。通过实施动物标识,可实现在发生疫情或出现畜产品质量安全事件时的可追溯,对有效防控重大动物疫病,保障畜产品质量安全具有重要的作用。瓜州县境东西长185km,南北宽220km,面积2.41万km2,是甘肃省肉羊产业大县之一。近年来在动物标识及疫病追溯体系建设方面,虽取得了一定成绩,但也暴露出诸多问题。本文旨在分析问题,提出解决问题对策建议,促进动物标识及动物疫病追溯体系建设,提高重大动物疫病防控能力,促进畜牧业持续健康发展。规范畜牧业生产经营行为。

Animal identification system is the symbol not only used for the ID of the animals, also for tracing the animal or- igin, species and immunization record for important diseases. At present, the only animal identification carried out in China, is the uniform 2D barcode ear tag which issued by Ministry of Agriculture of China. Through the animal identification, the quanli ty safety event of animal products and some import diseases could be traced, and will be helpful for prevention and control the disease and guarantee the quanlity of the animal products. Guazhou is one of the most important county for mutton sheep indus- try in Gansu Province. The acreage of Guazhou is 24 100 km2 , and 185 km in length from east to west, 220 km in length from north to south. In current years, we achieved good progress on the construction of system of animal identification and tracing the disease, but there are still some problems. Aiming to promote the construction of the animal identification and disease trac- ing system and help to prevention and control the disease, and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of animal husbandry, the present study will analysis several current problems and provide some suggestions for resolving the problems.
