Influence of Linear Pressing for Pre-squeezing Roll on Sized Warp Property

探讨浆纱机预压浆辊线性加压的应用效果。从经纱上浆性能提高的角度,阐述了GA390型浆纱机的预压浆辊由二次切换加压方式改为线性加压的必要性,举例说明了预压浆辊线性加压的实际应用情况。指出:预压浆辊采用线性加压后能够提升预压浆辊的压浆效果,有利于浆液在纱线中达到更为合理的被覆与浸透比例。认为:预压浆辊线性加压能有效提高经纱的上浆性能。

The application effect of linear pressing for pre squeezing roll in sizing machine was discussed. From the aspect of increasing the sizing properties of warp, the necessity of changing the pressing way of pre- squeezing roll in GA390 sizing machine from twice switch pressing to linear pressing was analyzed. The practical application situation of linear pressing in pre-squeezing roll was explained by examples. It was pointed out that the squeezing effect of pre-squeezing roll was improved after adopting linear pressing in pre-squeezing roll. It was ben- eficial to reach a more reasonable percentage of coverage and soakage for size in the yarn. It is considered that the sizing property of warp can be improved with linear pressing in pre-squeezing roll.
