摘要 总结不同上浆辊材质和压浆辊材质、表面状态、硬度、配置情况及浸压方式下的上浆质量。阐述了合成橡胶上浆辊、不锈钢上浆辊、微孔橡胶压浆辊、光面橡胶压浆辊的特点和上浆效果;分析了压浆辊硬度、前后压浆辊配置、上浆辊和压浆辊配置及浸压方式对上浆质量的影响。指出:合成橡胶上浆辊与合成微孔橡胶压浆辊配置较适于细号高密品种的上浆;压浆辊硬度应与压浆力相适应;浸压形式的选择要保证浸透和被覆要求。认为:应根据所浆品种选择压浆辊和上浆辊的材质,合理配置压浆辊硬度和压浆力,选择适宜的浸压方式。 The sizing quality of different sizing roll material & squeezing roll material, surface condition, hardness, configuration condition and immersing& pressing method were summarized. The characteristics and sizing effects of sizing roll with synthetic rubber, sizing roll with stainless steel, squeezing roll with microfoam rubber and squeezing roll with smooth rubber were explained. The influence of the hardness of squeezing roll, con- figuration of front and back squeezing roll, configuration of sizing roll and squeezing roll and the immersing pressing method on sizing quality were analyzed. It was pointed out that the configuration of synthetic rubber siz- ing roll and synthetic microfoam rubber squeezing rubber was suitable for the sizing of fineness and higher density variety. The hardness of squeezing roll and squeezing pressure should be suitable. The soakage and covering re- quirement should be ensured for the selection of immersing ~ pressing method. It is considered that the material of sizing roll and squeezing roll should be selected according to the sized variety. The hardness of squeezing roll and squeezing pressure should be reasonably configured and proper immersing ~ pressing method should be cho- sen.
