金耳栽培技术研究进展

Research Advances in Artificial Cultivation of Tremella aurantialba

金耳(Tremella aurantialba)是珍稀的食(药)用菌之一,该野生资源较稀有且呈逐年减少趋势。为了资源的可持续利用,人们从20世纪80年代就开始对金耳进行驯化栽培,随着研究的逐步深入,金耳的栽培技术日趋成熟,但产业化栽培过程中遇到较多的问题。鉴于此,对金耳的生物学特性进行了介绍,对栽培技术进行回顾和综述,对栽培过程中出现的问题进行了阐述,对金耳产业化发展提出合理化建议。

Tremella aurantialba is a rare edible and medicinal fungus, The wild resources are rare and decrease year by year. In order to achieve sustainable utilization of resources, the domestication and cultivation of T. aurantialba has been carried out since 1980s. With the deepening of research, T. aurantialba cultivation technology is becoming more and more mature, but there are many problems encountered in the process of industrial cultivation. In view of this, the biological characteristics of T. aurantialba were introduced, the cultivation techniques were reviewed and summarized, the problems in the cultivation process were expounded, and the reasonable proposals were put forward for the industrialization development of T. aurantialba.
