饲喂压片玉米和鲜苜蓿对荷斯坦奶牛生产性能和经济效益的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Feeding Steam-Flaked Corn and Fresh Alfalfa on Production Performance and Economic Benefits of Holstein Cows

摘要 本试验旨在研究用压片玉米和云南本地鲜紫花苜蓿分别替换精料中的粉碎玉米和美国进口苜蓿干草对云南地区奶牛生产性能和经济效益的影响。结果显示:替换后可以显著降低泌乳牛每千克奶的饲料成本(P<0.05)、乳脂肪含量(P<0.05)、干物质采食量(P<0.05)和泌乳牛头日成本(P<0.05),显著增加乳蛋白含量(P<0.05)和成母牛单产(P<0.05);泌乳牛单产和4%校正乳饲料转化效率有增加趋势,但增长不显著(P>0.05)。 The purpose of this experiment was to research the effect of the steam-flaked corn and fresh alfalfa replacing crushing corn and imported US alfalfa on the production performance and economic benefit of Holstein cows in Yunnan. The results showed that the cost of dairy cows' milk feed (P〈0.05), milk fat(P〈0.05), dry matter intake (P〈0.05) and lactation cow's head day- cost decreased significantly(P〈 0.05), the milk protein (P〈0.05) and yield of a cow (P〈0.05) increased significantly, the cow's yield and 4% corrected milk feed conversion efficiency increased, but not significantly(P〉0.05 ).
