放养和舍饲对4月龄城口山地鸡内脏器官指数和屠宰性能的影响

Effects of Free-range and House-feeding on the Indexes of Internal Organs and Slaughter Performance in Four-Months-old Chengkou Mountain Chickens

本试验旨在研究放养和舍饲两种饲养方式对4月龄城口山地鸡内脏器官指数和屠宰性能的影响。将试验鸡分为放养和网上平养(即舍饲)两组,饲喂至4月龄,每组随机抽6只鸡屠宰(公母各半),测定相关指标。结果表明,放养和舍饲对4月龄城口山地鸡的屠宰性能无显著影响,而舍饲的效率更高、成本较低且便于管理,故饲养城口山地鸡至4月龄以网上平养较好。

The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of free-range and house-feeding on the internal organ indexes and slaughter performance in 4-months-old Chengkou Mountain Chickens. Chick- ens were divided into two groups of free-range and house-feeding, after feeding 4 months, 6 chickens in each group were slaughtered, then some correlative indexes were measured. The results showed that free- range and house feeding had no significant effect on the slaughter performance, but the method of house- feeding was more efficient, lower in cost, and easier to manage. Therefore, house-feeding the Chengkou Mountain Chickens to 4-months-old was the better feeding method.
