溴代三嗪/十溴二苯乙烷及CPE对ABS的增韧阻燃 被引量:7

摘要 以十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)与溴代三嗪(FR-245)为阻燃剂、三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)为协效剂、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为增韧剂,对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)进行增韧阻燃,研究了阻燃剂与增韧剂对ABS力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。通过物理共混的方式制备了阻燃ABS复合材料,结果表明,FR-245/DBDPE质量比为3∶2,阻燃剂总质量分数为13%、CPE质量分数为8%时,增韧阻燃ABS复合材料综合性能优异,其垂直燃烧测试达到V-0级别,LOI值达到28%,拉伸强度为30.8MPa,缺口冲击强度为12.1kJ/m^2。 Acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene copolymer (ABS) was modified with decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE) and 2, 4, 6 tris (2, 4, 6 tribromophenoxy) 1, 3, 5 triazine (FR 245) as flame agent.The effects nyoxide(Sb2O3) as synergistic agent, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) as toughening of flame retardants and CPE on flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of ABS were investigated through the measurements of vertical burning (UL- 94),limiting oxygen in dex(LOI),notched impact strength, elongation at break,tensile strength and scanning electron m croscopy (SEM).The results showed that when FR 245/DBDPE mass ratio is 3 : 2 and the total con tent is 13%(wt),the amount of CPE is 8%(wt),the LOI of flame retardant ABS is 28% ,UL-94 tea ches V-0 level,tensile strength is 30.8 MPa,and notched impact strength amounts to 12.1 kJ/m2
